Content Coordination Intern
Job Title: Content Coordination Intern
Department: Content Coordination
Location: New York, NY
Duration: Summer (6 weeks)
Schedule: 2-3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)
About Us:
Omaha Productions, founded by Peyton Manning, is an innovative entertainment company dedicated to creating content that uplifts and unifies. Specializing in television, digital media, podcasts, and live events, we deliver high-quality storytelling that resonates globally. Driven by creativity, collaboration, and excellence, Omaha Productions is passionate about producing impactful content that connects people and makes a lasting impression.
Internship Overview:
Spend six weeks during the summer gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative content environment. As our Content Coordination intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping things moving behind the scenes—supporting everything from travel itineraries and contact lists to bios, quotes, and deliveries.
You’ll work closely with the Content Coordination team to draft written materials for events, manage scheduling logistics, coordinate transportation, assist with office errands, and help keep everything organized and on track. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into how our department supports production needs and contributes to the execution of live events and creative content.
This isn’t a coffee-run kind of internship. You’ll contribute meaningfully throughout your time with us, including working on a special project designed to deepen your understanding of content coordination. You’ll present your work to key stakeholders at the end of the program.
This position is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and resourceful. Whether you’re considering a career in production, events, or creative operations, this internship will give you a solid foundation and an inside look at what it takes to support dynamic content from idea to execution.
